The SmartHomeSearch network is made up of broker offices who provide loyalty and high-quality professional servicces to their buyer clients. Our brokerages include 

*exclusive buyer agency offices (where the broker and all agents in the office only represent buyers) 

*single agency offices (where the consumer is given the opportunity to seek oustide representation on in-company listings) 

*designated agency offices (where the brokerage designates a relationship for a particular transaction)  

*traditional offices (where the agent or broker tends to specialize in either the buying or selling side)

*transaction broker offices (where the broker is primarily introducing the client to properties and the process of buying.  Attorneys are hired to protect the buyer. This is a common practice in non-US countries.)

The opportunity to apply for this network is only extended to those who have been recommended by a professional colleague or who have extra credentials for buyer representation such as the ABR, CBR, GRI or CIPS.  We occassionally refer seller prospects, but buyers are our primary market.

We seek to balance the needs of both consumers and brokers. Staff will share the information from your application with prospective buyers. Buyers will be given contact information on the one or two offices they choose, and are encouraged to sign a written agreement to work with ONE.  Staff provide an extensive pre-consulting session covering via e-mail and phone.

Our staff are working seven days a week to screen leads for you, from 7:00 am to 7:00 on weekdays, and weekend mornings.  We look forward to working with you this year!
