Both of these state organizations have members who are Exclusive Buyer Agent Companies.  An Exclusive Buyer Agent Company is defined by the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents as a company or brokerage where the broker/owner and all agents in the office only represent buyers and do not take seller listings, thereby guaranteeing no conflict of interest.  

The Massachusettts Association of Buyer Agents also alows single agent companies to be members.  These companies do have listings, but provide "single agency" options for consumers.  Single agency is defined as the practice of not representing both parties in the same transaction within the same office. The buyer may elect to have outside buyer representation for that company's listings.
