AGREEMENT BY SKYFOR:

SkyFor generates and screens real estate prospects and specializes in buyers. SkyFor staff are available 7 days/ week for quick response to prospects.
SkyFor staff call and email prospects to screen them for motivation, specific plans to travel and buy, and financial qualification. Prospects are educated about that country's real estate systems and encouraged to choose only one broker to work with per area, and tohave a written agreement. SkyFor staff help prospects refine their needs.
SkyFor staff share broker profiles and contact information with prospects.
Staff will generally forward consumer information referral data to broker offices via email and PDF file at the time when the prospect has demonstrated a specific plan for viewing and purchasing property.
SkyFor will forward consumer information referral data to broker offices via email and PDF file generally within 15 minutes of communication with prospects.


AGREEMENT BY BROKERAGE:

Brokerage agrees to provide real estate services to individuals referred by SkyFor according to the highest applicable professional standards. Brokerage agrees to cooperate with other companies or individuals to present a good selection of appropriate properties to buyers. Brokerage will only show properties within their specified geographic range. Brokerage WILL NOT re-refer prospects. Brokerage will immediately inform SkyFor if it cannot serve the prospect's needs.
SkyFor reserves the right to refer the prospect to other brokers and homeowner service providers. Brokerage agrees to respond back to SkyFor HQ within 24 hours if it already has the prospect from another source, and within 48 hours with the following information: 1) a statement that the referral is accepted or not 2) status of contact with the referred consumer. Brokerage agrees to provide monthly status reports on all active referrals via email or phone. Brokerage agrees to provide SkyFor, Inc. a referral fee of 25% of the broker commission fee received by the broker's company, and to do so within one week of closing. Fee is payable to our partner in Costa Rica, Scott Oliver of WelLoveCostaRica.com. Brokerage agrees to include documentation that verifies commission received.
Brokerage understands that its name may be removed without notice from the list of preferred brokerages. Brokerage retains the right to decline any prospective referral sent by SkyFor by providing written notice within time lines specified above and including reason and/or proof of prior contact.
