SmartHomeSearch Referral Program AGREEMENT

* Company Name (hereafter referred to as "Company")
SkyFor generates and screens real estate prospects and specializes in
buyers. SkyFor staff are available 7 days/ week for quick response to
prospects. The staff both call and email prospects to screen them for
motivation and financial qualifications. They will be educated about
the real estate system in the country. Counselors will help prospects
refine their needs in order to save time and effort on the part of both
brokers and prospects. SkyFor will share broker profiles and Company
contact information with prospects.
Company agrees to provide
real estate services to individuals referred by SkyFor according
to the highest applicable professional standards. Office will
not re-refer prospects and will immediately inform SkyFor if it
cannot serve the prospect's needs. SkyFor reserves the right to
refer the prospect to other brokers and homeowner service providers.
Company agrees to respond back to SkyFor HQ within 24 hours if
it already has the prospect from another source, and within 48
hours with the following information: 1) a statement that the
referral is accepted or not 2) status of contact with the referred
consumer. Company agrees to provide monthly status reports on
all active referrals. Company agrees to provide SkyFor, Inc. a
referral fee of 25% of the broker commission fee and to do so
within one week of closing. Fee is payable via wire transfer or
PayPal or other mutually-agreed upon method. Company agrees to
include documentation that verifies commission received and email
these items to inquiries@smarthomesearch.org. Company understands
that its name may be removed without notice from the SkyFor referral
list. Company retains the right to decline any prospective referral
sent by SkyFor by providing written notice within timelines specified
above and including reason and/or proof of prior contact.
