How the Referral Fee works: US licensees pay 15% for leads under $200,000, and 25% for leads over $200,000. All listing and international fees are 25%. If you are a member of a SkyFor-affiliated buyer agent association the referral fee is that which is agreed to between SkyFor and the association. For example, all active NAEBA members pay a 15% fee for all price-level leads. The broker/owner or manager is responsible for the referral fee. If an agent within an office becomes our pirmary contact, the broker/owner or manager must also agree to the terms of the agreement. How the referral process works: When you submitted the on-line application, hitting the "submit" button serves as your signature and agreement to the terms and conditions of our referral program.It is the broker/owner or managers responsibility to determine who in the office is most qualified to handle our referrals and to pay the referral fee. The company agrees to provide real estate services to buyers referred by SkyFor according to the highest applicable professional standards. The company will not re-refer buyer prospects and will immediately inform SkyFor if it cannot serve the prospect's needs. Skyfor reserves the right to refer the prospect to other brokers and homeowner service providers. The company agrees to respond back to SkyFor HQ within 24 hours if it already has the prospect from another source, and within 48 hours with the following information: 1) a statement that the referral is accepted or not 2) status of contact with the referred consumer. Skyfor also requests provision of monthly status reports on all active referrals. All fees are due within one week of closing. Brokerage may be judicially encumbered for non-payment. If in any way the Brokerage breaches or fails to honor this agreement, brokerage shall be removed from the referral program and Skyfor shall have no further obligation to continue providing referrals. We inform you of new leads by 2 emails (one with an attached PDF) and a telephone call to maximize the probability our leads will receive prompt attention from your office.
