Our company has provided quality buyer referrals to buyer agents and brokers since 1995, and SkyFor has been incoproprated since 1998. There are no upfront costs or fees for our referrals--just the 15% or 25% referral fee at closing.

If you have a buyer who needs a referral  outside of your service area, and do not have time to place it yourself, Skyfor staff will take excellent care of your buyer for you.  We give back 50% of the referral fee.  See the Brokerage Participation program.
