If you are a licensee, you can receive 50% back on any referral fee ($) received by SkyFor on real estate leads that we refer for you. We have over 1000 broker referral agreements internationally and will refer your prospects to the very best! We track the consumer feedback on our brokers, and have been constantly upgrading our referral brokerages since 1995. Referral fees are paid under SkyFor's Colorado State brokerage license.
We charge our brokers a 25% fee for closed seller leads, 25% fee for closed international buyer leads, and either a 15% or 25% fee for closed buyer leads within the US. You receive 50% of that.
We find that today's real estate prospects respond best to an immediate, informative, professional and personal response. Our highly-trained staff at SkyFor provide the following, 7 days a week:

personalized e-mails and phone calls.

a warm introduction to at least one, and sometimes 2 or more brokers in order to empower the consumer with the best choices possible.
- follow-up with both the clients & brokerages to which we refer.
You are paid within a week of when we get paid.
NOTE:
Please be aware that for full 50% payment, prospects must be given directly to SkyFor by the broker via phone call or email to support123@skyforinc.com. If prospects sign up on our SmartHomeSearch.org or BuyerAgentSearch.com sites, our licensing agreement with NAEBA requires that SkyFor pay NAEBA 50% of the referral fee on transactions closed by NAEBA members. If this occurs, brokers will be paid 50% of the balance of the fee after the licensing fee has been paid to NAEBA.
NOTICE TO active members of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA). You have the option of requesting that your lead be considered a NAEBA lead. Under these circumstances, you receive 50% of the referral fee, and SkyFor splits the other half with NAEBA. If this option is not requested, no split will be paid to NAEBA.
